1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Support Match website (supportmatch.com.au) and any services provided by Support Match (ABN 33 668 325 719). We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the changes.
2. What Support Match does
Support Match is a matching service that sources, screens and shortlists NDIS support workers for participants, families, support coordinators and plan managers. We do not act as a worker marketplace or self-service platform. Submitting a request does not guarantee a match.
3. Eligibility
To request our service, you must be either:
- An NDIS participant with a plan-managed or self-managed NDIS plan
- A family member, carer, or authorised representative of such a participant
- A registered support coordinator, specialist support coordinator, or recovery coach
- A registered plan manager
- An allied health or related professional making a referral on behalf of a participant
4. Forms and requests
When you submit a form on our website, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You acknowledge that incomplete or inaccurate information may affect our ability to match a suitable worker. You also confirm you have the authority to share any third-party information (e.g. a participant's details) included in your submission.
5. Matching disclaimer
Matching depends on worker availability, geographic coverage, specialised skill requirements, and a mutual good fit. Support Match will use reasonable efforts to source suitable workers within the timeframes advertised (typically 3-5 business days), but we cannot guarantee a match in every case. If we can't help, we'll tell you as early as possible.
6. Service delivery
Once a worker is matched, the ongoing delivery of supports is governed by a separate Service Agreement between Support Match and the participant (or their plan manager). That agreement sets out hours, rates, cancellation policies and performance expectations.
7. Pricing
Matching is free. All delivered supports are billed at rates aligned with the current NDIS Price Guide. There are no hidden fees, subscription charges, or finder's commissions.
8. Free meet and greet
Every shortlisted worker is offered to you with a free, no-obligation meet and greet before supports commence. If the fit isn't right, we rematch at no additional cost.
9. Your obligations
When using our service or interacting with our workers, you agree to:
- Treat Support Match staff and workers with respect
- Provide safe working conditions for workers visiting your home
- Notify us promptly of any concerns, complaints, or changes in circumstances
- Not use our website or service for any unlawful purpose
10. Intellectual property
The Support Match website, logo, branding, copy and design are our intellectual property or used under licence. You may not copy, redistribute or commercially use any content without our written permission.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Support Match's liability is limited to the cost of re-providing the matching service. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of income, emotional distress, or third-party actions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Third-party links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. the NDIS Commission, plan managers, external resources). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
13. Termination
You can stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate services if these terms are breached, or if continuing to serve a participant would compromise worker safety or legal compliance.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in NSW courts.
