The different kind of provider to work for

Most support workers we talk to are tired of being treated like a headcount. We built Support Match to be the opposite of that.

Proper pay

SCHADS Award-aligned, with weekend, public holiday, overtime and shift loadings paid correctly. No cash-in-hand. Pay runs every fortnight.

Directly employed

Workers are employed or engaged via Support Match. Super, tax, workers' comp, PI insurance, all handled. No self-employed contractor admin.

You choose every client

We never allocate a participant to you without showing you the brief first. If the fit isn't right, you say no. No pressure, no guilt.

Consistent rostering

We build your roster around matches that last, not gigs that fill gaps. Most of our workers hold their participants for 12+ months.

Briefed properly

Every shift starts with a clear brief. You know the participant's preferences, routines, and what a good day looks like, before you walk in.

Humans, not a portal

You call us, we pick up. Issues get dealt with by a person, not ticked off in an app. Our coordinators know your name.

Support Match workers high-fiving with participants

The kind of team where wins get celebrated.

We back our workers the way we want you backed.

For prospective workers

We pay in line with the SCHADS Award. Your exact rate depends on your classification, shift timing (weekday vs weekend vs public holiday), sleepover/overnight status, and travel. We'll walk you through the specifics before you sign anything.
Employee (casual or permanent, depending on your hours). We handle PAYG tax, super, workers' comp, PI insurance, and all award entitlements. You don't need an ABN or GST registration.
Depends on your availability and the participants you're matched to. We aim for stable, long-term rosters, most of our workers build up to 20-40 hours a week with 1-3 regular participants over their first few months.
Yes. Every match is offered to you with a brief. You meet the participant at a meet and greet, and you decide whether it's a yes. If you're not comfortable, we thank the participant, rematch, and try again.
Yes. We run orientation for all new workers, provide regular upskilling (manual handling, behaviour support, PEG, hoist, medication), and cover the cost of renewing your NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC and Police Check. Training is paid time.
Call us. We never leave workers to handle hard situations alone. If something's unsafe, inappropriate, or just not working, we step in, rematch, and document. You're not on your own.
Give us fair notice (two weeks is standard) and we'll plan the handover. No guilt. We'd rather you leave well than stay unhappy.
