About community access

Either. Tell us what you want. If you want to build public transport confidence, we match a worker who'll do that with you. If you need door-to-door, we match a driver with a car.
Once a worker is onboarded, most participants have a regular roster. Ad-hoc outings depend on availability, talk to the worker.
No. Workers don't handle participant money directly. Prepaid cards, family support, or self-managed direct payments are the usual routes.
Travel time follows the NDIS Price Guide. We'll walk you through exactly what's billable before the first shift.

What to expect

No two shifts are the same, but here's the rhythm most of our workers follow.

Arrive on time, dressed for the activity. Punctuality is a basic, and it's something we screen for.
Check in with the participant first. A proper hello, a read of the mood, a brief chat about how the day is going.
Follow the agreed plan. Routines and rosters matter. Workers stick to what's been agreed unless the participant wants to change.
Keep clear notes. Every shift ends with a quick log, what was done, anything worth flagging, any ideas for next time.
Wrap up properly. Hand over cleanly, confirm the next shift, say goodbye. Professional but warm.
