How Support Match actually bills

Matching is free

Submitting a request, receiving a shortlist, and attending a meet & greet are always free. You only ever pay for supports delivered.

NDIS Price Guide rates

Every hour billed follows the current NDIS Price Guide for the service type, time of day, and region. No loadings we don't declare up front.

No hidden fees

No subscription. No finder's fee. No cancellation fee within reasonable notice. No lock-in contract. Stop or pause any time.

What a typical week might look like

Based on 10 hours of support per week across a mix of service types. Exact rates depend on your state, time of day, and any loadings. Use this as a rough guide, not a quote.

Evening, weekend, and public-holiday rates differ. Sleepovers and active nights are priced separately. We always provide a detailed service agreement before any support begins.

Depends on how your plan is managed

Plan-managed: we invoice your plan manager directly every fortnight. You see a statement, but don't handle payments yourself.
Self-managed: we invoice you directly. You pay us and claim back through the NDIS myplace portal. We provide all supporting documentation.
NDIA-managed: we can't invoice the NDIA directly. If you want to work with Support Match, talk to your LAC at your next plan review about switching management types.
